Lenhotec is developing training-action projects, financed by POCI – Operational Program for Competitiveness and Internationalization, whose intermediary bodies are the Business Association of Portugal (AEP) – Chamber of Commerce and Industry and Portuguese Industry Association (AIP), Chamber of Business.
With these projects, it is expected to intervene in SMEs in the forestry, agricultural, environmental, civil construction and wood industry sectors, in consultancy and training actions, aiming at the following objectives in global terms:
- Increase in the specific qualification of workers in areas relevant to the strategy of innovation, internationalization and modernization of companies;
- Increased management capabilities of companies to initiate change and innovation processes;
- Promoção de ações de dinamização e sensibilização para a mudança e intercâmbio de boas práticas;
